Homes for rent

Individuals interested in applying to rent one of our homes, please download the application below;  complete it and email it to nlcdcadmin@nlcdc.com

You can fax it (615-742-9090).

Applications may also be picked up at New Level CDC's office during regular business hours, Monday- Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

A non-refundable application fee of $35 is required.  Pay below.

Applicants will be required to submit: 

- Income information including social security, pension or employment (recent paycheck stubs or verification of employment) as applicable,

- Bank statements, 

- Prior rental history, 

- Driver's license or state issued photo identification (ID), 

- Birth certificates, 

- Social Security cards for all who will be living in the household.

Applicants must not have outstanding balances with any other housing agency or entity or with the utility companies.

A Credit Report will be pulled once we receive your application.

Housing Choice Vouchers are accepted at some units.

One is for our Single-family homes ONLY.
