Matching Savings Plan

Buying a new home is a complex process. Do you need help with the down payment and closing costs? 

We want to help you!

New Level CDC's match you savings plan assist families with down payment assistance to purchase their first home. 

Households must have:

- Household income of 80% (Area Median Income) or less to participate.

- A minimum credit score of 640 or the ability to reach that score. 

- A steady monthly income that will enable them to purchase a home.

- A debt-to-income ratio of 43% or less. 

- Attend NLCDC's in-person Homebuyer's Education Class.

Participants are required to open a Republic Bank savings account

Save up to $2,000 within 3-12 months before your closing day. 

The maximum amount of the match is $2,000.
